Prices
Prices shown do not include appropriate sales tax. Ontario residents will be charged PST and GST, all other Canadian locations will be charged GST only.No taxes will be applied to US orders.
Orders are only accepted online for Canadian and US sales, if you live outside Canada and the US and wish to purchase an item please contact us via email or telephoneOur phone # is 613 692-1643 and our email is info@dinoreptiles.com .
Payments
We accept the following methods of payment:

In all cases payment must be received in full before orders are processed.
In the unlikely event that an item has been sold and the system has not been updated to reflect this, we will contact you within 48 hours and a full refund of your deposit will be made.
Delivery
Orders for hard goods are usually shipped within 48 hours of receipt of your order by Canada Post, in some cases orders will need signing for on delivery so please make sure someone is home.
Shipping of live animals will be dealt with on an individual basis and will take extremes in weather conditions, shipping method and destination into consideration. In certain cases shipping may have to be delayed for the welfare of the animal in question.
Privacy
All personal information obtained via this website is used solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. It is never used to send you unsolicited mail or passed on to any third parties.
